With a dash of inspiration and a lot of love, we launched a catering company dedicated to making delicious food and a vision for transforming the lives of our crew in the kitchen. Arc Culinary gives life-defining opportunities to students with disabilities and other life challenges by offering real-world experience in the culinary arts to use for a lifetime.
A worthy cause for everyone
Not only does our program serve as a valuable stepping stone in the career trajectory of our students’ lives, but the revenue generated through our catering business also goes directly back to support Arc Broward. There are very few times in life where who you choose to assist in your event directly results in lives changed. Arc Culinary is one of them.
Lifelong Lessons
Under the direct supervision of skilled chef instructors, Arc Educates Entry-Level Culinary Arts students learn and refine their new skills. Our working laboratory offers students a chance to gain proficiency and confidence in the kitchen, while also learning about nutritional guidelines, safe food practices, and meal planning to ensure they are more than prepared for their next job opportunity.
